This level introduces a new cast to the game: Halflings and Farmers. Halflings are cheap as dirt, however, they don’t do alot of damage individually. But in a group, if they manage to swarm a strong unit, it’s surprising the amount of harm they can do. Farmers are very simple to understand. Weapon swing, weapon do damage. There a few new faces, Cheiftain, and Mammoth. Cheiftain isn’t a great unit. It’s damage is high, plus it swings fast. But it’s dies so easily that other units are a better bet. Mammoth, on the other hand. It’s the primitive version of a bulldozer. It crushes all weak units in it’s path. And puts up a good fight, it only has a couple of weaknesses, but we’ll talk about those later. And sadly we can’t afford Mammoth right now. So we’ll stick with the old guys.
First, put two Bone Mages at the start of the bridge. Put three Spear Throwers behind the cobble fence next to the house in the back. Then put three protectors back towards the start of the path, the Bone Mages will take care of the Halflings. The Spear Throwers and Protectors will fight the remaining enemies. Hopefully winning the battle.
