The Henry Stickmin Collection game guide focuses on How to Play in Fullscreen. By default the game doesn’t have fullscreen. You can find tips how to change and play in Fullscreen. While writing this instruction, we pick up many pieces of information from several sites for you. We hope that this guide will help you.
Other Guide for the Game:
Before the guide, you should check what devs of the game said in a discussion on Steam:
“We have put up a beta branch with fullscreen. As mentioned before, fullscreen increases the likelihood of crashes. We’ve found that big blurry screens like the ItA Yoyo scene, CtM RPE+PD intro and CtM PBT+GI intro are the biggest culprits, but if you want the fullscreen experience and are willing to risk crashes, right-click the game in your library list, pick properties, then the betas tab, and pick beta from the dropdown. Update the game and there will be a fullscreen option in the in-game options menu.
Alternatively, reducing your screen resolution will also make the game look larger without affecting performance or crashes. Not our favourite solution, but safer.
We’re still looking into improving performance and crashes, but we hope you’re still enjoying it anyway.”
This is what devs said, here are the steps to play in Fullscreen
How to Play in Fullscreen
By default the game doesn’t support fullscreen. But there is a beta branch that you can enable to get fullscreen.
You can access the beta branch by right clicking The Henry Stickmin Collection and clicking on properties.
Then you need to go to the beta branch and opt into the beta.
After doing this the game will download and you can go into the in game options and enable fullscreen. Do keep in mind though that the fullscreen in this game is a bit unstable and may crash at certain points.
