GENERAL INFO

Elementalists and Ninjas share units and spike really hard mid game. Put your units in a line to  feel the true power of Zeke’s Herald.

Champions: Brand, Lissandra, Kennen, Shen, Zed, Pyke, Akali

When to make

Any time you want. This comp is very easy to force since it doesn’t require 3 star units or specific items, but greatly benefits if you can get them.

GAME PLAN

Early Game

Champions: Pyke, Zed, Kha’Zix

You can do anything you want in the early game. Whether that’s a strong early game synergy like noble OR just solid 2 star units, but your goal is to get to mid game and start putting in elementals. This build has a very unconventional transition and is not as easy to pull off.

Mid Game

Champions: Brand, Lissandra, Kennen, Pyke, Zed

Find a Brand and put the 3 elementals in with whatever 2 star units you have.

ADDITIONAL COMP TIPS

If you see a Brand in the early Carousel, grab him since three Elementals, even at 1 star, will carry your early and mid game.

Make as many Zeke’s Heralds as you can and put your units in a line.

Polar Bear Frenzy

General Info

The strength of this comp is that you don’t care about getitng mana drained. Your entire comp is just a giant meatshield for Volibear. This comp has a monster lategame when you reach level 8 with the 4 glacial buff. At that point, it should be almost impossible to beat.

Champions: Volibear, Rek’Sai, Cho’Gath, Blitzcrank, Kennen, Lissandra, Brand

When to make

If you have components to make an RFC and find a bunch of brawlers early.

GAME PLAN

Early Game

Champions: Warwick, Blitzcrank, Nidalee

Try to get 4 brawlers online as soon as you can, but until then use wild buff and any solid 2 star units.

Mid Game

Champions: Volibear, Brand, Lissandra, Kennen, Cho’Gath

At level 7 you can have 4 brawlers and 3 elementalists, that’s your goal. Get the elementalists as soon as you can, and then start adding in more of the desired units as you level.

ADDITIONAL COMP TIPS

Play smart with Blizcrank. Watch your opponents and catch their backline into your boys.

Warmogs and Redemption are really OP early game, since they give so much health to amplify your own health.

Do not expect similar results without RFC on Volibear as he is the key to this strat, and getting mana burned/ CC’ed is a deal breaker.

Little Sparks

GENERAL INFO

Relying on insane evasion with good CC, this comp can be a nightmare for your enemy to deal with. Gnar is your main carry with insane wild attack speed providing a great way to use Static Shiv, even at 1 star.

Champions: Tristana, Ahri, Kennen, Poppy, Lulu, Veigar, Gnar

When to make

If you have a Static Shiv made early, and you start finding yordles, keep this comp as a potential option.

GAME PLAN

Early Game

Champions: Tristana, Lulu, Lucian

Hunt for those Static Shivs at carousels and focus on either knights or nobles in the early game.

Mid Game

Champions: Poppy, Kennen, Garen, Darius, Mordekaiser

[At level 6 you can play 4 knights+3 yordles to survive till you find your 6 yordles.]

ADDITIONAL COMP TIPS

Nobles or knights is a good start, since you can put your items on Lucian early on.

Make sure to prioritize yordle buff when you are limited on board space. The sorceror buff will come in handly later.

Dragon Defenders

Origins

GENERAL INFO

This comp relies on the raw HP of shapeshifters combined with a lot armor from guardians. Immortal Shyvana can carry you easily if your opponents are not prepared. The 2 powerful sorcerors are just the icing on the cake.

Champions: Gnar, Nidalee, Shyvana, Braum, Karthus, Lulu, Aurelion Sol, Leona

When to make

If in the first few rounds, you find components to make half of Shyvana’s item trifecta: Warmog’s, Thornmail, and Hextech.

GAME PLAN

Early Game

Champions: Warwick, Blitzcrank, Nidalee

The ideal early game is finding something strong to hold items until you can put in 3 shape shifters with Shyvana.

Mid Game

Champions: Nidalee, Shyvana, Elise, Garen, Darius

You can roll at level 6 if you are not strong enough to survive with high hp till wolves. Otherwise go to 7 before rolling for better chance at high tier units like Sol, Leona, and Karthus.

ADDITIONAL COMP TIPS

Put a Warmog on Shyvana, and she’s incredibly strong even as a 1 star for early game shapeshifters.

Aatrox, Darius, Garen, and Kennen are all great carriers of the Gunblade and can easily hold you through mid game with it while you assemble your comp.

Look to make a Static Shiv on Gnar ASAP since he has such a high base attack speed and benefits from wild buff. He also lives the longest so he can make great use of it.
