I started in China but don’t believe this matters

Evolve Air and Water 1 and 2 and Extreme Bioaerosol under Transmission as soon as you can. At this point you can just fast forward, devolve any symptoms and wait for the pop up

Miracle Cure Destroyed by Protesters

or do like I did and throw DNA into abilities that’ll speed up infectivity. Either way once you get the pop up achievement is yours.
