1. Game crashing on launch

When you launch the game, you ma see black screen and nothing happened. But if you wait like 30 seconds with black screen, it will load.

Fix Issues caused by Windows Defender

  3. Now click to Virus & threat protection settings.
  4. Click Add or remove exclusions.
  5. Click Add an exclusion, select Folder and select the game’s directory.

Now check if the problem is resolved. If the issue still persists, you might want to consider disabling Windows Defender. To do that, just follow these steps:

  1. Follow Steps 1-4 from above.
  2. Now locate Real-time protection option and disable it

2. Getting a Black Screen On Startup

Go to steamapps\common\OPPW4 and right click on the EXE

Q (this moves the options to be visuals)

Left Arrow (this selects Fullscreen)

Up, Enter (this selects Finish Setup)

4. Failed to save error Fix

If you get this error, first you have to go to C:\Users ( or whatever your Windows drive letter is ), there you will certainly find a very strange folder ( mine was Ïîëüçîâàòåëü ) which will contain *AppData* folder, and if you dig deeper you will find *Local* folder and then, finally – *BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment* folder

Now all you have to do is to copy that *BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment* folder over to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local

So in the end you will get something like C:\Users\YourUsername\Appdata\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment
